A law dating back to 1516, for over more than 500 years only natural mineral water, Barley and Hops are allowed to produced beer. No Chemicals or Artificial Flavors are allowed. This fundamental norm forms the base of the Bizon Beer.
Yeast
Upholding the fresh quality standard also means that the whole process should be aligned with this standard! When yeasting we also use a natural products, that converts Malt Sugar into Alcohol and CO2 in order to develop Bizon Beer.
Time
Due the strict timing in order to get the best results we work with dedication and strict quality norms in order to produce the best purest Bizon Beer available! All elements are strategically aligned in order to produce the best outcome!
